Today will be Day 5, while taking 2 capsules daily at 4 am. My sleep and mood have stabilized greatly! I wake up feeling rested, calm, stable, clear, and ready to take on the day. No side effects other than mild head pressure on day 1. For better absorption, I take 2 capsules at 4 am. So far I am pleased and I am interested in exploring their other products.
