I really took my time to evaluate these, they are excellent. I processed these into a powder and made other compound powders with other roots and herbs (really common things like tumeric, lion’s mane). This is nothing groundbreaking, a lot of people do the same thing. Initially, I was skeptical of course, I found most people’s claims about these mushrooms ridiculous but I was wrong, dead wrong. If you’re on the fence give it a try. While I don’t believe essential oils cure cancer, kidney stones and world hunger (if you do that’s fine with me), the powder added to a smoothie occasionally really does work wonders (some of the other products come with a guide, if you want to microdose, which is fantastic). I also add it to lemon juice (do NOT do this if it’s your first time, I’ve been doing it for a few years now, I won’t go into the chemistry but you can just eat a small amount as is, you don’t need to get fancy. If you interested see: “lemon tek”) but I am probably preaching to the choir. If you didn’t know here you go: lemon mushroom “shots”! I bought quite a bit of tools to ensure that my measurements are lab accurate but you don’t have to go to such lengths. Follow the guide and you’re set.
