Disappointed. I didn't feel any effects. I took it at intervals, took it several days in a row, and tried to take 2 at a time; no effect. Quite disappointed given the cost of the tablets.

Today will be Day 5, while taking 2 capsules daily at 4 am. My sleep and mood have stabilized greatly! I wake up feeling rested, calm, stable, clear, and ready to take on the day. No side effects other than mild head pressure on day 1. For better absorption, I take 2 capsules at 4 am. So far I am pleased and I am interested in exploring their other products. Three amigos were able to process my purchase properly in time and delivery was prompt and successful!
